The role involves leading integrated marketing initiatives, building market awareness, generating demand across key infrastructure sectors, and supporting the commercial scale-up of a first-of-its-kind manufacturing venture in India. This is a high-impact target based role for someone who thrives in industrial environments, understands B2B marketing in manufacturing/engineering domains, and is excited about creating a market from scratch. ⸻ Key Responsibilities: Marketing Strategy & Execution • generate sales focused on infrastructure, railways, highways, defense, and real estate sectors. • Create and implement targeted campaigns (online and offline) for brand awareness, lead generation, and market education. • Build positioning narratives for Probar and Promesh in collaboration with the product and technical teams. Go-to-Market Enablement • Create sales and business development through brochures, product decks, technical whitepapers, and presentation kits. • Identify and execute participation in key industry expos, seminars, and EPC forums. • Enable distributor/channel partner marketing kits and onboarding support. Digital & Content Marketing • Manage digital assets — including website, LinkedIn, and email marketing. • Lead content strategy including case studies, blog posts, videos, and technical infographics to explain advantages of GFRP. • Track and optimize SEO/SEM initiatives for maximum online visibility. Stakeholder Engagement & PR • Liaise with government, EPC, and infrastructure bodies to promote product trials and adoption. • Handle internal and external communications, including media relations and PR campaigns. • Craft communication strategy aligned with the company’s vision and global partner branding. Analytics & ROI Measurement • Set up marketing performance KPIs including MQLs, engagement rates, and conversion ratios. • Track campaign ROI and optimize for better cost-efficiency and lead quality. • Maintain a monthly marketing dashboard for leadership updates. ⸻ Ideal Profile: • 8–12 years of B2B marketing experience in construction materials, infrastructure, manufacturing, or engineering products. • Strong understanding of industrial and institutional customer segments (government, EPC, architects, consultants). • Experience in launching or building new products/brands in emerging categories is a plus. • Proficiency in digital marketing tools, automation platforms, and analytics dashboards. • Excellent communication, design sensibility, and storytelling skills. • Self-starter with a balance of strategic thinking and execution discipline.
