Job Description

Role Overview: As a Network Customer Success Engineer with 4-6 years of experience, your primary responsibility will be to ensure that enterprise-level customers have a positive experience with their switch and router networking services. You will address customer issues, identify areas for improvement, and provide guidance and support to customers as needed. Key Responsibilities: - Utilize your networking expertise by demonstrating strong technical skills and knowledge of L2/L3 switching and routing systems and technologies, including security, tunnelling, network service protocols, and Quality of Service (QoS) networking. It is essential to hold relevant industry certifications, such as CCNP (routing and switching). - Design and configure switching networks that meet customer's business requirements and align with industry best practices. This involves installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and optimization of network equipment like switches, routers, and security gateways. - Implement network security protocols and best practices by configuring and managing security features such as authentication, ACLs, port security, VLANs, and 802.1x. - Troubleshoot network issues, identify problems within the network infrastructure including connectivity, configuration, VLAN, STP, port security, and Quality of Service (QoS). Proficiency in using network monitoring tools and protocols like Wireshark, Zabbix, and Nagios is required. - Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively explain technical issues and solutions to non-technical customers and collaborate with internal teams such as sales and product management. - Utilize strong customer service skills to handle customer complaints and inquiries professionally and efficiently. - Utilize problem-solving skills to identify and solve complex technical issues and think creatively to find solutions to problems. - Maintain excellent attention to detail to identify and address all issues and potential areas for improvement. Qualifications Required: - 4-6 years of experience as a Network Customer Success Engineer - Strong technical skills and knowledge of L2/L3 switching and routing systems and technologies - Relevant industry certifications such as CCNP (routing and switching) are preferred - Proficiency in network design, configuration, troubleshooting, and optimization - Knowledge of network security protocols and best practices - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong customer service skills and problem-solving abilities - Attention to detail to ensure thorough issue identification and resolution,
