Tableau & SQL Developer. Strong expertise in SQL, with the ability to write, optimize, and troubleshoot complex queries for relational databases like MySQL, Postgres, Oracle, or Snowflake. Experience in data modeling and ETL processes to prepare data for visualization. Familiarity with Tableau Server for publishing and sharing dashboards within teams. Knowledge of best practices for data visualization, including the use of KPIs, charts, and storytelling techniques. Proficiency in crafting user-centric designs for dashboards and reports. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in data representation. Experience with version control systems like Git is a plus. Familiarity with Python for data preparation is helpful but not mandatory. Write, optimize, and manage extensive SQL queries and processes to support data extraction, transformation, and integration. Build and maintain complex SQL scripts to handle large-scale datasets and ensure high performance and efficiency. Perform advanced SQL operations, including joins, subqueries, indexing, and performance tuning, to enable seamless data workflows. Optimize SQL queries to ensure efficient data extraction and transformation processes for Tableau dashboards. Work closely with data engineers and analysts to streamline data workflows and ensure high-quality data availability. Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau to support business decision-making. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Work with large datasets to create insightful visualizations and reports that highlight key trends and insights. Implement best practices for data visualization, ensuring clarity, consistency, and user-friendliness. Perform data analysis and validation to ensure accuracy and reliability of insights. Monitor and maintain Tableau server performance, security, and reliability.
