Job Description

Design, Develop, and Maintain Dashboards: Create interactive and visually appealing dashboards and reports using Tableau based on business requirements. Data Integration: Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from multiple sources (SQL, Excel, etc.) and ensure it is optimized for reporting in Tableau. Data Modeling & Analysis: Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand data needs, prepare and model data for reporting, and provide data-driven insights. Performance Optimization: Optimize Tableau workbooks, dashboards, and queries to ensure fast performance and scalability. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, analysts, and business users, to ensure Tableau reports meet organizational goals. Maintain Data Security & Governance: Ensure that data security protocols and governance rules are adhered to in the development of Tableau reports and dashboards. User Training and Support: Provide training to end-users on how to interact with dashboards and reports and offer ongoing support. Stay Updated on Tableau Features: Continuously update knowledge on new Tableau features, enhancements, and industry trends to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of reporting solutions.
