We are seeking a skilled Tableau Developer to join our team and contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of interactive and insightful data visualizations using Tableau. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in data analysis, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for transforming raw data into meaningful insights.

Detailed Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Tableau Developer to join our team and contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of interactive and insightful data visualizations using Tableau. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in data analysis, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for transforming raw data into meaningful insights.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design and develop Tableau dashboards and reports based on business requirements.

2. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data visualization needs and deliver solutions that meet or exceed expectations.

3. Create and maintain data connections, extracts, and transformations to ensure accurate and up-to-date visualizations.

4. Optimize performance of Tableau dashboards for efficient data rendering and user experience.

5. Troubleshoot data-related issues and implement solutions in a timely manner.

6. Stay current with Tableau features and best practices to continually improve data visualization capabilities.

7. Work closely with data engineers and analysts to integrate Tableau visualizations into broader data ecosystems.

8. Document development processes and provide training to end-users as needed.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

2. Proven experience as a Tableau Developer or in a similar role.

3. Strong proficiency in Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server.

4. Solid understanding of data visualization principles and best practices.

5. Proficient in SQL for data manipulation and analysis.

6. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

7. Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.

8. Familiarity with data warehousing concepts is a plus.
