Tableau BI Developer

Role Overview: As a Tableau BI Developer with 3+ years of experience in data visualization, reporting, and analytics, your primary responsibility will be to design, develop, and optimize interactive dashboards and reports to facilitate data-driven decision-making. Key Responsibilities: - Designing and developing interactive Tableau dashboards and reports based on business requirements. - Analyzing data trends, patterns, and insights to support strategic decision-making. - Preparing and transforming data using Tableau Prep, SQL, and Excel for effective visualization. - Collaborating with stakeholders to understand business needs and deliver actionable insights. - Optimizing dashboard performance and ensuring efficient data retrieval. - Integrating Tableau with various data sources, including SQL databases, Snowflake, and Google BigQuery. - Managing security, user roles, and access permissions for Tableau reports. - Automating report generation and scheduling data refreshes. Qualifications Required: - 3+ years of experience in Tableau (Desktop, Server/Online, and Prep). - Strong proficiency in SQL for querying and data extraction. - Experience with data preparation, transformation, and integration from multiple sources. - Solid understanding of data visualization best practices. - Knowledge of ETL tools such as Alteryx or Informatica is a plus. - Experience working with large datasets and performance tuning. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.,
