As a Talent Acquisition Executive, you will be responsible for IT recruitment drives for various clients located in countries like Sweden and Finland. Your primary duties will include: Sourcing: Utilizing multiple channels such as job portals, social media platforms, referrals, and networking to identify and attract qualified candidates. Screening: Reviewing resumes, conducting initial phone screenings, and assessing candidates" qualifications to determine their suitability for available positions. Interviewing: Coordinating and conducting interviews to evaluate candidates" skills, experience, and alignment with the job role and organizational culture. Collaboration: Working closely with Business Development managers to comprehend job requirements, create job descriptions, and tailor recruitment strategies accordingly. Candidate Management: Managing candidate databases, monitoring recruitment metrics, and providing regular updates to hiring managers and candidates during the recruitment process. Offer Management: Extending job offers to selected candidates, negotiating terms when required, and facilitating the onboarding process. Brand Ambassadorship: Representing the company positively in all candidate interactions to ensure a favorable candidate experience and enhance the employer brand. Continuous Improvement: Keeping abreast of industry trends, adopting best practices, and exploring innovative recruitment techniques to enhance the recruitment process and results. In this role, you will be based either at TDI Business Centre in Mohali or Brigade IRV Centre in Nallurhalli, Bangalore. The ideal candidate should exhibit confidence in assuming responsibilities, value honesty and openness as part of a team, and possess key skills in IT recruitment, technical hiring, end-to-end recruitment, and talent acquisition.,
