T24 Production Support

Role Overview: You will be responsible for independently assisting in production logs analysis, identifying root causes, and suggesting or implementing fixes for operational issues in collaboration with the operations, COB, or the L3 Teams. Your role will involve leveraging your prior experience in production support projects using Temenos T24 for retail and commercial banking, including TPH/FT modules. It will be crucial for you to ensure timely closure of all tickets within SLA to prevent escalations. Additionally, you will be expected to understand and adhere to the information security processes in place, showcasing excellent communication skills and proactively reaching out to stakeholders. Your role will also require strong client-facing skills to effectively engage with clients.
