T24 Developer / Configuration Expert

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled T24 Developer and Configuration Expert to join our core banking technology team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with T24 development, configuration, and customization, as well as a deep understanding of Temenos Core Banking modules. You will play a critical role in enhancing, maintaining, and supporting the T24 environment to meet evolving business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and customize T24 Core Banking modules using jBASE, OFS, and Temenos tools. Design and implement new product configurations, screen customizations, and local developments.Collaborate with business analysts to translate business requirements into technical solutions within T24. Develop, debug, and maintain T24 versions of COB (Close of Business), reports, enquiries, and routines. Work on TAFJ/TAFC environments and support integration with third-party systems via APIs or OFS messaging.Perform performance tuning, troubleshooting, and provide production support for T24 applications. Participate in version upgrades, patch implementations, and data migration exercises.Document technical specifications, solutions, and configuration details for future reference.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 3+ years of hands-on experience in Temenos T24 development and configuration. Proficient in T24 programming languages (jBC/jBASE), OFS, and TAFC/TAFJ environments. Strong knowledge of T24 modules such as AA, MM, FT, LD, and Customer.Experience with T24 tools like Composer, Browser, Enquiries, and Versioning. Understanding of API integration, web services (SOAP/REST), and messaging interfaces.Proficiency with Java, Java Script and SQL for developing and customizing T24 modules.Familiarity with UNIX/Linux environments and scripting is a plus.Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
Software Engineering and Temenos certification(s) in T24 development or module-specific areas.Experience with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines for T24. Exposure to agile methodologies and tools like JIRA, Confluence, etc.1. 3+ years of hands-on experience in Temenos T24 development and configuration. Proficient in T24 programming languages (jBC/jBASE), OFS, and TAFC/TAFJ environments. Strong knowledge of T24 modules such as AA, MM, FT, LD, and Customer.2. Experience with T24 tools like Composer, Browser, Enquiries, and Versioning. Understanding of API integration, web services (SOAP/REST), and messaging interfaces.3. Proficiency with Java, Java Script and SQL for developing and customizing T24 modules.
