T24 Banking Business Analyst

As a Business Analyst in the Private Banking domain, your role will involve gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements across Private Banking and Treasury functions. You will act as a liaison between functional users and technical teams for T24/Transact implementations or enhancements. Your responsibilities will include analyzing existing business processes, suggesting improvements, and ensuring alignment with core banking systems. Additionally, you will work with stakeholders to define functional specifications, prepare BRDs, FRDs, and user stories, and support configuration, UAT, and training activities. You will translate financial product behavior into system functionalities for FX, Derivatives, Money Market, Repos, and ETDs, and participate in workshops, solutioning discussions, and end-to-end testing cycles. Key Responsibilities: - Gather, analyze, and document business requirements across Private Banking and Treasury functions. - Act as liaison between functional users and technical teams for T24/Transact implementations or enhancements. - Analyze existing business processes, suggest improvements, and ensure alignment with core banking systems. - Work with stakeholders to define functional specifications and prepare BRDs, FRDs, and user stories. - Support configuration, UAT, and training activities. - Translate financial product behavior into system functionalities for FX, Derivatives, Money Market, Repos, and ETDs. - Participate in workshops, solutioning discussions, and end-to-end testing cycles. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business, or related field. - 7 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the BFSI domain, with specific exposure to Private Banking. - Minimum 4+ years of hands-on experience with Temenos T24/Transact modules. - Strong understanding of financial instruments: FX, ETD, Repo, Derivatives, MM. - Proficient in documentation (BRD/FRD), gap analysis, and business process mapping. - Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills. In addition to the above details, the job is full-time, remote, and prefers candidates with a total of 8 years of experience, with 7 years in business analysis and Temenos.
