T24 Banking Business Analyst

As a Business Analyst with expertise in Private Banking and Capital Markets, your role will involve working closely with technical and business stakeholders to drive product enhancements and implementations within the domain. Your responsibilities will include: - Gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements across Private Banking and Treasury functions. - Acting as a liaison between functional users and technical teams for T24/Transact implementations or enhancements. - Analyzing existing business processes, suggesting improvements, and ensuring alignment with core banking systems. - Working with stakeholders to define functional specifications and prepare BRDs, FRDs, and user stories. - Supporting configuration, UAT, and training activities. - Translating financial product behavior into system functionalities for various financial instruments such as FX, Derivatives, Money Market, Repos, and ETDs. - Participating in workshops, solutioning discussions, and end-to-end testing cycles. Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business, or related field. - 5-7 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the BFSI domain, with specific exposure to Private Banking. - Minimum 4+ years of hands-on experience with Temenos T24/Transact modules. - Strong understanding of financial instruments like FX, ETD, Repo, Derivatives, MM. - Proficiency in documentation (BRD/FRD), gap analysis, and business process mapping. - Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills. Preferred skills that would be advantageous include experience working with global banks or Temenos partner firms, understanding of regulatory and compliance aspects in private banking, and Agile/Scrum certification. The job is Full-time with benefits including paid sick time, and the work mode is remote. Experience required is a total of 8 years with 7 years in Business analysis and 7 years with Temenos. The work location is remote with a UK shift schedule.,
