Position: Leather Sales Specialist Location: Agra, UP, India Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role T-TRADING Leather Division is looking for a motivated Leather Sales Specialist to expand our sales network across India. We supply premium finished leather directly from our tanneries to manufacturers of leather goods such as bags, footwear, garments, and accessories. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the leather market and established connections with Indian leather-product manufacturers. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain relationships with manufacturers of bags, shoes, clothing, and other leather products. Identify new clients and market opportunities to achieve sales growth. Present product samples, explain leather grades, finishes, and specifications to clients. Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts while ensuring profitable margins. Coordinate with tannery operations and logistics teams for timely order fulfillment. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategy. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred). 2–3 years of sales experience in the leather industry is essential. Strong knowledge of leather types, finishing processes, and end-use requirements. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
