Systems Integration (SIN) contains the integration and customization of Nokia solutions and 3rd party platforms to meet customer requirements. Contains processing of use case and feature requirements into conceptual models, operational scenarios, technical requirements, and functional description. Covers customer specific solution and software design, development, implementation, unit testing and verification of hardware, platform, software, and systems including maintenance support.

HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE AND WHAT YOU WILL LEARN

Works typically in several technology areas with intermediate to advanced skill level or with one technology area at an advanced skill level.

Creates implementation plan and technical infrastructure documents.

Knows and works according to the Systems Integration (SI) delivery process.

Creates test strategy and test cases.

Contributes to gathering customer requirements, analysis, feature specification and requirement feasibility study.

Contributes to migration procedures.

Contributes to knowledge documentation in various tools like Sharepoint, Share Inside, Yammer, ShareNet, discussion forums.

Works autonomously and effectively in a mixed environment and uses best practices and knowledge of internal or external business issues to improve products or services.

Has in-depth business knowledge and uses understanding of how relevant areas integrate to achieve objectives.

Uses advanced analytical skills to solve complex problems or problems that do not have routine solutions and takes a new perspective.

Shares initial ideas for professional direction of own organizational unit.

Acts as a professional advisor and mentor for staff / work team / taskforces.

May lead projects with manageable risks and resource requirements or small teams, handles day-to-day staff management issues, including resource management and allocation of work.

KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Academic background in Telecommunication
• 8 15 years of relevant industry experience.
• Experience of working in a virtual team environment
• Programming languages: Python, JavaScript, JAVA, FTL
• Very good Linux environment knowledge
• Methodologies: CI/CD, Agile, SCRUM
• Next generation technologies (Netconf / Yang)
• Database management skills
• GPON Domain Knowledge
• Knowledge of NOKIA FN products such as SDAN, Home wifi is an added advantage.
• Hands on expertise on Cloud Technologies (AWS, GKE, RedHat, Azure, Rancher)
• Good In-depth knowledge on Kubernetes and Docker / contained
• Architecture level understanding
• Understanding on different infra level microservices.
• Good Exposure on open-source components like
• Key cloak, Index search, RabbitMQ, Kafka
• MQTT/ USP exposure.
• Good trouble shooting skills
• Problem solving and analytical skills
• Good MS Office knowledge
• Team-player attitude
• Good spoken and written English
• Work on global customer time zones as per need of projects
