Note - TPG Capital, a global alternative asset management firm, recently acquired Hospitality Solutions. Over the coming months, Sabre is working with TPG to formally separate the Hospitality Solutions business from Sabre. It is important to understand that while you will be employed by a Sabre legal entity, your role will be to support the Hospitality Solutions business, which is now owned by TPG.

Building on our legacy of driving technological evolution in hospitality, we are committed to setting new standards for guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.We are looking for an Integration Specialist to provide our customers with the implementation, quality assurance testing, and support of our Property Management System (PMS), Channel Manager (CM), Revenue Management System (RMS), and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) interfaces to the SynXis Central Reservation (CRS) platform, Nuvola Guest Engagement and SynXis Property Hub PMS products.The Integration Specialist shall be a highly motivated self-starter who can work independently and as part of a global team to provide a high level of service delivering integration solutions to our customers.
Responsibilities
- Manages and coordinates interface installations between customers, third-party vendor partners and internal staff to ensure on-time delivery of services
- Facilitates testing and provides support for integration implementations
- Troubleshoot issues using knowledge base articles and API logs
- Provides technical guidance and best practices for SynXis products
- Maintains security, compliance, and data governance practices within integration workflows
Education/Experience
- Associate or bachelor's degree in information technology, hospitality management or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in API system integrations, technical implementation, technical support or operations
Required Qualifications
- The candidate must possess strong computer skills, including software and hardware. Must be proficient with Windows 10 & 11, and MS Office.
- Strong experience with SOAP/XML and RESTful APIs (REST/JSON) is mandatory.
- Familiarity with relational databases, secure transport protocols, firewalls and networking.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Ability to work independently on assigned tasks and as part of a Global team.
- Ability to handle multiple assignments simultaneously managing tasks and priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- The ideal candidate does not strictly adhere to a set/defined schedule (as appropriate) and is flexible to work during different time-zone hours to accommodate the work for our global customers.
Preferred Experience
- Experience with project management of software implementations and an understanding of Hotel Operations and Property Management System (PMS) interfaces is ideal.
- Knowledge of SynXis SAAS solutions is preferred.
