We are currently seeking a Systems Integration Advisor to join our team in Chennai, Tamil Nādu (IN-TN), India (IN).
Lead Platform Administrator (SSIS,IIS,biztalk,Informatica,Azure TFS )
Managing all aspects of the platform, including user accounts, permissions, and configurations.
Work on patching activities and remediate vulnerabilities.
Mentoring and guiding a team of administrators, delegating tasks, and ensuring efficient workflow.
Providing technical support to users, resolving issues, and documenting solutions.
Handling data migrations, data loading, and data security.
Identifying unused or underutilized features, suggesting improvements, and implementing new functionalities.
Supporting the platform's integration with other applications and systems.
Executing configuration changes, implementing new features, and managing updates.
Ensuring the platform meets regulatory and security requirements.
Creating and maintaining documentation for platform procedures and training materials.
Participating in projects related to platform enhancements and new implementations.
Collaboration: Working with cross-functional teams, including development, product, and business units.
Keeping current with new platform releases, features, and best practices.
Effectively communicating technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Deep understanding of the platform being administered (e.g., Azure, ServiceNow, Databricks,SSIS,SSRS,Informatica,Biztalk,Implementing CI\CD pipelines).
Good knowledge in developing SSRS reports and SSIS packages
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to identify, analyze, and resolve complex technical issues.
Experience with data migration, data loading, and data warehousing.
Ability to manage and execute changes in a complex environment.
Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
