Job Description

Role & responsibilities

To Co-ordinate with the assigned unit departments to prepare the annual shutdown activity bar chart along with resource mapping (availability of the spare and services)
Department spare parts planning and procurement
To Develop critical maintenance job plans and co-ordinate work with execution team via standardized maintenance SAP work flow processes
To effectively co-ordinate / facilitate maintenance meetings to meet maintenance goals and objectives
To timely create and track the maintenance work order for the NCR submitted by Inspector
To track maintenance costs of equipment and work order through SAP
To Co-ordinate with the execution team to ensure the compliance to RCA in SAP for unplanned stoppages and implementation of the CAPA.
To maintain list of the chronic maintenance problem and co-ordinate with the execution team for its mitigation
Follow-up for compliance of data in the SAP.
