Systems Engineer

Role Overview: You will be responsible for supporting Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes. Additionally, you will analyze service data and develop Power BI dashboards for operational and management reporting. You will also create professional PowerPoint presentations for IT Service Management forums and maintain positive working relationships across IT and the wider business. Key Responsibilities: - Hands-on experience supporting Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes - Analyzing service data and building Power BI dashboards for operational and management reporting - Creating clear and professional PowerPoint presentations for IT Service Management forums - Building and maintaining positive working relationships across IT and the wider business - Capturing, documenting, and maintaining process documentation and service management artefacts - Familiarity with service management tools such as ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms - Supporting continual service improvement initiatives through data analysis and insights - Strong customer-focused mindset with an emphasis on service quality and user experience Qualifications: - Strong foundational knowledge of IT Service Management principles with a desire to grow in ITSM - ITIL Foundation certified or working towards certification - Willingness to learn ITSM best practices, frameworks, and operational governance About NIQ: NIQ is the worlds leading consumer intelligence company, providing a complete understanding of consumer buying behavior and pathways to growth.
