Systems Engineer

As part of Altera Digital Health, you will play a crucial role in deploying and supporting client-facing applications, ensuring seamless integration, and exceptional functionality. Key Responsibilities: - Deploy client-facing applications across different environments (development, staging, production) to ensure seamless integration and functionality post-deployment. - Provide technical support for client-facing applications, promptly addressing and resolving issues, monitoring performance, and implementing necessary updates. - Collaborate with the development team to troubleshoot and debug application issues. - Communicate effectively with clients, understand their requirements, and work with them to complete User Acceptance Testing (UAT). - Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for application deployment and support processes, including troubleshooting steps and resolutions for common issues. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field. - Proven experience in deploying and supporting client-facing applications. - Familiarity with Azure Platform. - Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, .NET, Java, JavaScript. - Knowledge of web technologies and frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Node.js). - Willingness to work from the office and in shifts. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. - Preferred: Experience with querying Microsoft SQL database, understanding of relational databases, familiarity with healthcare terminology and HL7 standard, knowledge of security best practices for application deployment.
