Systems Analyst III

As a data analyst for building Chatbot for teammate assistance with CSTS, TNT & Venmo issues for basic troubleshooting and assisting to help raise quality tickets, your role will involve working on 2000 tickets per month. You will need to pull data from these tickets to gain insights into the types of issues being faced. Additionally, you will collaborate with the team on a daily basis, provide insights to the PD team, and be part of CSTS/TNT to understand the top contact driving issues. Creating dashboards for visualization and establishing a feedback loop to PD on top contact drivers will also be part of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Work on 2000 tickets per month and gather insights - Collaborate with the team daily - Provide insights to the PD team - Understand the top contact driving issues in CSTS/TNT - Create dashboards for visualization - Establish a feedback loop to PD on top contact drivers Qualifications: - Minimum 5 years of experience - B.E degree and above - Knowledge in analytical work without prior work experience - Proficiency in Tabula/Statistics In addition to the above responsibilities and qualifications, it is required that you have expertise in SQL, Tabula, and Statistics to excel in this role.,
