Systems Administration Specialist

As a Systems Administration Specialist at NTT DATA, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining virtualized environments using VMware technologies. Your key responsibilities will include: - Installing and configuring VMware software such as ESXi and vCenter. - Monitoring system performance and troubleshooting issues within the virtual infrastructure. - Performing regular maintenance tasks like patch management and software updates. - Providing technical support for VMware-related incidents and service requests. - Managing Windows and Unix Management servers. - Being available for 24*7 Support including rotational night shifts and weekend support. Qualifications required for this role include: - Prior experience in managing virtualized environments using VMware technologies. - Proficiency in installing, configuring, and troubleshooting VMware software such as ESXi and vCenter. - Strong knowledge of Windows and Unix Management servers. - Ability to provide technical support for VMware-related incidents and service requests.
