System Tendering Specialist

The Hitachi Energy Indian Operations Center (INOPC) is a competence center with around 2600+ skilled engineers focusing on various tasks such as tendering, engineering, planning, procurement, project management, functional system testing, installation supervision, documentation, and commissioning. Over the past decade, it has transformed into the largest Operations hub supporting Hitachi Energy's units in more than 40 countries with projects executed in over 80 countries. Your responsibilities include analyzing customer specifications to prepare reliable technical solutions for bids, optimizing bid designs in terms of cost and meeting customer requirements, simulating energy flows in Microgrid systems, developing bid designs with existing technical solutions, performing homer simulations for equipment sizing, preparing conceptual bid designs, proposing MicroGrid business cases, collaborating with teams for ideal customer solutions, and ensuring timely completion of technical bids with correctness and quality. To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's or B.E. in Electricals, a minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical process control design and engineering for large projects, knowledge of Micro Grid products & systems, excellent understanding of electrical systems and process control, experience in international cooperation, proficiency in driving electrical and control design engineering, and fluency in spoken and written English.
