System QA Engineer

As an experienced QA Tester at our company, you will report to the QA Manager and play a key role in providing technical leadership and hands-on testing of our product. Your primary responsibilities will include authoring test cases and test plans, executing test cases, submitting and verifying defects, performing functional, regression, and performance tests, as well as making recommendations to enhance overall product quality. Your expertise in the testing of Test Engine and web applications will be crucial to our success. Key Responsibilities: - Author test cases and test plans. - Execute test cases. - Submit and verify defects. - Perform functional, regression, and performance tests. - Provide recommendations for improving product quality methodologies and approaches. Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in an IT company. - Education in an engineering field (BE, B Tech, MCA). - Understanding of web applications, particularly in the Java area. - Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and take on a lead role. - Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent work experience in Information Technology or related disciplines.
