System Lead Python Full Stack Developer

You are seeking an experienced System Lead to oversee the management, design, and implementation of custom-developed cloud software solutions. Your role will involve leading technical projects from inception to deployment, utilizing your expertise in Python and server-side development. Familiarity with ERPNext and the Frappe framework will be advantageous for this position. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead the architecture, development, and deployment of custom cloud-based software solutions. - Manage and mentor a small technical team to ensure timely and quality project delivery. - Develop and maintain backend systems using Python and the Frappe framework. - Customize, integrate, and maintain ERPNext modules based on business requirements. - Design and implement RESTful APIs and backend logic. - Oversee server setup, performance tuning, and system security measures. - Collaborate with business stakeholders to transform requirements into technical solutions. - Manage CI/CD pipelines, version control, and deployment workflows efficiently. - Utilize project management skills for effective planning, task allocation, progress tracking, and cross-functional coordination. - Troubleshoot issues, optimize system performance, and ensure scalability. **Required Skills & Qualifications:** - Strong programming skills in Python, along with proficiency in JavaScript for full-stack development. - Hands-on experience with Frappe and ERPNext development. - Solid understanding of MySQL/MariaDB, Redis, and server-side architecture. - Proficiency in Linux-based servers (preferably Ubuntu) and cloud environments like AWS, GCP, etc. - Knowledge of frontend frameworks such as Vue.js, React, or similar is a plus. - Strong debugging, performance optimization, and problem-solving abilities. - Excellent communication, documentation, and collaboration skills. - Preferred experience in Python Full Stack for at least 3 years. **Preferred Skills:** - Experience with Docker or other containerization tools. - Knowledge of DevOps workflows. - Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and API integrations. - Previous involvement in leading ERP implementation or migration projects.
