About the Role: We are looking for an experienced System Lead who can manage, design, and implement custom-developed cloud software solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong Python and server-side development expertise, with a proven ability to lead technical projects from conception to deployment. Experience with ERPNext and the Frappe framework will be a strong advantage. Key Responsibilities: Lead the architecture, development, and deployment of custom cloud-based software solutions. Manage and mentor a small technical team, ensuring timely and quality delivery. Develop and maintain backend systems using Python and the Frappe framework. Customize, integrate, and maintain ERPNext modules as per business needs. Design and implement RESTful APIs and backend logic. Oversee server setup, performance tuning, and system security. Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions. Manage CI/CD pipelines, version control, and deployment workflows. Project management and team leadership experience will be an added advantage, including planning, task allocation, progress tracking, and cross-functional coordination. Troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, and ensure system scalability. Required Skills & Qualifications: Strong programming skills in Python (and JavaScript for full-stack work). Hands-on experience with Frappe and ERPNext development. Solid understanding of MySQL/MariaDB, Redis, and server-side architecture. Experience with Linux-based servers (Ubuntu preferred) and cloud environments (AWS, GCP, etc.). Knowledge of frontend frameworks (Vue.js, React, or similar) is an added plus. Strong debugging, performance optimization, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication, documentation, and collaboration abilities. Python Full Stack : 3 years (Preferred) Preferred Skills: Experience in Docker or other containerization tools. Knowledge of DevOps workflows. Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and API integrations. Prior experience leading ERP implementation or migration projects.
