Job Description: We are seeking an experienced system/software architect to lead the design of a USB-based backup and recovery platform. You will define the system architecture, oversee integration between core modules (snapshot, compression, encryption, USB binding), and work closely with developers to ensure scalable and secure design. Responsibilities: Design high-level and low-level architecture for disk snapshotting, delta storage, and recovery engine Define integration of USB bootable environment with backup tools Provide guidance on compression and block-level optimization techniques Ensure scalability, security, and performance of system Requirements: 5+ years experience as a software/system architect Strong knowledge of Windows internals, file systems (NTFS, FAT32), and block-level disk access Experience in backup/imaging tools (e.g., Macrium, Acronis, VSS) Familiarity with USB boot environments (WinPE, GRUB) Strong documentation and team communication skills Show more Show less
