System Analyst .NET & Angular/React

Role Overview: You will be responsible for maintaining high standards of software quality within the team by following set practices and habits. Collaborate with other software developers, business analysts, and software architects to develop, test, and maintain web, mobile, and desktop business applications built on various technologies. Your role will involve assisting in the collection and documentation of user's requirements, development of user stories, estimates, and work plans. You will also conduct peer reviews of code and design, communicate with clients when needed, and adhere to high-quality development principles while delivering solutions on-time and on-budget. Additionally, you will participate in project planning/Sprint planning and team mentoring exercises. Possessing good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, along with knowledge of software design patterns, will be essential. It is important to stay updated on the latest technology areas to build capability. Key Responsibilities: - Maintain high standards of software quality within the team - Collaborate with software developers, business analysts, and software architects - Develop, test, and maintain web, mobile, and desktop business applications - Assist in collecting and documenting user's requirements - Develop user stories, estimates, and work plans - Conduct peer reviews of code and design - Communicate with clients when needed - Adhere to high-quality development principles - Participate in project planning/Sprint planning and team mentoring exercises - Possess good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills - Stay updated on the latest technology areas Qualifications Required: - 4-6 years of professional experience in .NET MVC OR .NET Core and Angular 8+/React - Minimum of 3 years of experience in solving challenging software production problems - Good understanding of development concepts - Strong expertise in .Net Core, C#, building Microservices, Cloud Development AWS PaaS, and API Development - Experience with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions and Deployment with Kubernetes (preferred) - Front-end skills in Angular/React and backend skills in .Net - AWS experience - Experience in performance optimization and security enhancement - Ability to demonstrate a high degree of ownership and effectively mentor junior team members,
