Job Description

We are hiring for System Administration role for Bangalore.

• Assisting with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software.

Providing technical support to end-users and troubleshooting system issues.
Monitoring system performance and ensuring system security.
Documenting IT procedures and configurations.
Monitor network performance in order to determine whether adjustments need to be made, and to determine where changes will need to be made in the future.
Maintain logs related to network functions, as well as maintenance and repair records.
Maintaining asset/inventory tracking
Maintain an inventory of parts for emergency repairs.
Coordinate with vendors and with company personnel in order to facilitate purchases.
Create, change, and delete user accounts per request.
Knowledge on Microsoft services : AD / DNS / DFS / GPO
Basic knowledge on Networking
