Network and System Administrator – Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Network and System Administrator to manage, maintain, and support our IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in network management, system administration, troubleshooting, and ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain servers, networks, and system infrastructure.
• Monitor system performance and ensure high availability.
• Install, configure, and update operating systems, hardware, and software.
• Handle user access management, backups, and security protocols.
• Troubleshoot network and system issues in a timely manner.
• Implement security measures, firewalls, and antivirus solutions.
• Provide technical support to internal teams and Australian clients.
• Maintain documentation for configurations, procedures, and policies.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a Network/System Administrator.
• Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux environments.
• Hands-on experience with routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Azure, and Entra ID is an advantage.
• Understanding of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
• Ability to manage backups and disaster recovery solutions.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Relevant certifications (CCNA, MCSA, Azure Fundamentals, etc.) are preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
