Kindly share your updated resume to [email protected] Role Purpose: A System Admin Executive is primarily responsible for the maintenance and smooth running of the whole IT infrastructure across campuses. Roles & Responsibilities: ● WIFI and LAN (RJ45 cable) troubleshooting. - Configuration of desktops, laptops, printer, drivers and Modem - Install and configure the Windows Operating System. - Accountable for the Support, Installation, Maintenance of: ● Switches, Routers. ● Install Secure and scalable network device Work with OS and application teams to ensure client service success. ● To Document all network set-ups. ● Liaison with support teams, working together to resolve customer issues. ● Administrating the whole IT infrastructure- switches, firewall, server and Router ● Planning, installation and maintenance of IT infrastructure including CCTV systems, biometric attendance system etc. ● Coordinating with external agencies for maintenance of internet connection, firewall, antivirus software, ERP and other software required for the Institution. ● Sites Monitoring Troubleshooting & rerouting in case of Outage, Alarm clearance and fixing it. ● To analyze every functioning of modem and giving Data circuit to the enhanced customer. ● Configuration and fault correction of type1, type2 modem. ● Resolving the tickets raised by employees within TAT. ● Conduct regular visits to campuses to ensure the smooth function of IT infrastructure. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month Benefits: Paid sick time Paid time off Work Location: In person
