Job Description

Assist in installing, configuring, and maintaining operating systems, software, and hardware Support daily IT operations and resolve technical issues related to desktops,laptops, printers,communication device related and networks Install, configure, and maintain LAN/WAN infrastructure, including routers, switches and wireless systems. Monitor system performance and assist in troubleshooting CCTV, Biometric devices installation, configuration and monitoring Provide first-level support for user account setup, password resets, and access permissions Support user on-boarding/off-boarding (laptop provisioning, access setup, etc.). Maintain an updated inventory of IT assets, accessories, and licenses. Assist with system updates, backups, and security measures Provide remote support for work-from-home users via RDP, AnyDesk, or similar tools. Required Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field Experience in Windows &Mac operating systems, networking concepts, and computer hardware Good understanding of Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, and related tools. Familiarity with MS Office tools and troubleshooting techniques Ability to multitask and handle pressure in a fast-paced IT support setup Strong willingness to learn new technologies and grow in the IT infrastructure field Good communication and problem-solving skills Internship or academic project experience in IT support/system administration is a plus Interested?
