Role & responsibilities: Responsible for complete IT Infrastructure management of the organization Provided functional and technical support, troubleshooting, and diagnosing Hardware and Software problems, including Desktop, Laptop, LAN, and Remote Systems Responsible for Procurement and Vendor Management E-Mail Client Configuration & Troubleshooting of Outlook Express, MS Outlook Maintenance of System Database, Inventory and Back up Providing remote support at pan India level Essential Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Requisite networking and Operating system knowledge Working Knowledge of MS office and other relevant software's Strong aptitude for customer relationships and willingness to travel.
