1)Technical Skills: Hands-on experience in laptop servicing, including hardware repairs and spare parts replacement.
2)Windows OS: Experience in installing and configuring Windows OS for end-users, along with basic application installations.
3)OS Troubleshooting: Basic knowledge of troubleshooting Windows OS issues for end-users.
4)Networking: Basic knowledge of networking concepts, including LAN, Wi-Fi setup, and basic network troubleshooting.
5)Experience in Co-ordinating with vendor ,for Warranty laptop part Replacement and Incident Raised with the Vendor
6)Ability to follow documentation and standard procedures.
7) Installation Linux Operating System
8)Willing to work in Shift and weekends as per the direction by Team Lead.
9)Ability to co-ordinate with security, facility team and finance team(gate pass preparation, physical movement of monitor, CPU and etc Scan document and sent to recipients)
10)Daily Health check (TV, Printer and Projector) and report to the Team lead.
11)Inventory maintenance in the excel and report to Team Lead maintaining with accuracy is merit.
12)Hands on knowledge in Printer & scanner configuration - Developing expertise will be merit.
