Job Title: System Administrator Location: Chennai, India Company: Applexus Technologies Key Responsibilities: Install, configure, and maintain servers, network equipment, and desktop systems. Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure reliability. Manage backups, recovery, and system security protocols. Provide technical support to internal users (hardware, software, network issues). Handle patch updates, antivirus management, and license tracking. Coordinate with global IT teams and vendors for escalations and resolutions. Maintain inventory of IT equipment and ensure asset compliance. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 24 years of experience as a System Administrator or similar role. Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux OS, Active Directory, and Office 365. Familiarity with virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V) and cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) is a plus.
