Job Description

1. Maintain essential IT infrastructure, including operating systems, security tools, applications, servers, email systems, laptops, desktops, software, hardware, and mobile phones 2. Installing, configuring, and upgrading computer hardware, application software, and CCTV 3. Performing security tests and monitoring, and imposing protocols to find security issues 4. Creating and managing user accounts and system permissions 5. Troubleshooting and providing technical support to employees 6. Designing and implementing backup solutions for servers, virtual machines, and data 7. Performing routine and scheduled audits of all systems, including backups 8. Handle business-critical IT issues with problem solving skills on SLA basics 9. Maintain internal infrastructure requirements, including laptop and desktop computers, servers, routers, switches, firewalls, printers, phones, security updates; support internet, intranet, LANs, WANs, and network segments 10. Support the IT purchase and procuring for various business needs.
