Job Description

Role: L2 Desktop Support Engineer

The L2 Desktop Support Engineer provides advanced IT support for end-user systems, applications, and infrastructure. The role involves troubleshooting Windows/macOS systems, managing user accounts (AD/O365), supporting networks, and handling escalations. The engineer will also support Video Conferencing (VC), Audio-Visual (AV) systems, CCTV, and Access Control devices to ensure smooth IT and physical security operations.

Key responsibilities include supporting Power BI dashboards and reports, managing Zoho applications (Zoho Desk, CRM, Inventory, Creator), maintaining IT documentation, and following ITIL processes. The role requires strong troubleshooting skills, hands-on technical expertise, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Location: As per requirement

Pay: ₹238,536.31 - ₹676,201.04 per year
