Candidate should have knowledge of following IT Task: Strong knowledge in Windows server 2012 R2 / 2016 / 2019/2022, Server hardware, SAN, NAS, Virtualization & Troubleshooting of Servers Knowledge of File Server ACL, Resource Manager, FSRM & Firewall Strong Knowledge of DC / ADC / AD / Group Policy / DNS, and domain migration Patching of all Windows Server & Endpoints Expertise in IIS management, IIS logs review & IIS error troubleshooting Support the following technologies: Server, Desktops, laptops, printers, basic LAN/WAN connectivity and virtualization Good Knowledge of Backup architecture & policy Should have knowledge of IIS, DNS, DHCP, Mail Server, DR, BCP & Domain hosting Maintaining the documentation related to respective Domains Good communication skills, Teamwork, ITIL Knowledge, Awareness of all IT Process
