Job Description : Position: Assistant Manager/Manager a Treasury & Finance Experience: 0 to 4 Years Qualification: CA/CA Inter or equivalent Location: [Kundanahalli, Bangalore] Department: Treasury & Finance Employment Type: Full-Time Joining: Immediate or as per notice period Key Responsibilities: Assist in managing new and existing relationships with Banks/FIs and Equity Investors for raising funds through banks and market instruments Prepare loan application, including details related to the significant changes in the company, product profile, etc. Assist in the preparation of CMA and financial models Coordinate with banks/investors for the fundraising process Assist in getting the loan documentation and disbursement formalities completed Work with banks and investors for post-disbursement processes and compliance Monitor the post-disbursement Compliances - Due Diligence Certificate, Financial Snapshots, Portfolio Quality Report, Book Debt Statement, Audited Financials, Provisional Financials Desired Skills Experience 0-4 years CA/CA-Inter/equivalent Must be proficient in Excel Ability to synthesize information and ability to multitask.
