Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Technical Recruiter based in Chennai. The Technical Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full life cycle recruitment process, sourcing and hiring top technical talent, collaborating with hiring managers to understand requirements, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience. The role involves maintaining effective communication with candidates and stakeholders while leveraging innovative recruitment strategies to attract the right talent.

Qualifications:

• PHP & Symfony

  : 5+ years of professional experience with PHP, with a strong emphasis on the Symfony framework.

• Shopify

  : Solid experience in Shopify development, including API integration, app customization, and theme development.

• Stripe Integration

  : Proficiency in implementing and managing Stripe payment processing, including familiarity with webhooks and payment workflows in a subscription model.

• Frontend Proficiency

  : Working knowledge of React.js and React-Admin.js, with a focus on creating seamless user interfaces and experiences.

• DevOps (advantageous)

  : Exposure to DevOps principles and practices, including CI/CD pipelines, server management, and cloud environments.

• WordPress (advantageous)

  : Familiarity with WordPress development and the ability to support and troubleshoot basic WordPress setups.

• Version Control & Deployment

  : Strong experience with Git and collaborative development workflows (e.g. GIT, DeployHQ/Capistrano).

• Problem Solving

  : Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve complex issues in a timely manner.
