In this remote role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing support via email, chat, and/or phone. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, a good communicator, and committed to delivering an excellent customer experience. Key Responsibilities : Respond promptly to customer inquiries through chat, email, or phone. Resolve product or service issues by clarifying customer complaints and determining the cause of the problem. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal teams. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions. Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies. Ensure high customer satisfaction and contribute to a positive brand image.
