Swimming Coach

Job Summary:-

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Swimming Coach to train and guide students/participants in swimming techniques, water safety, and competitive performance. The ideal candidate will inspire confidence, ensure safety, and foster a positive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver swimming lessons and training sessions for different age groups and skill levels.
• Teach swimming techniques, stroke improvement, breathing control, and water safety skills.
• Prepare swimmers for competitions, including training plans, drills, and performance evaluation.
• Ensure safety protocols and lifeguard measures are strictly followed.
• Monitor progress and provide feedback to participants and, where applicable, to parents.
• Maintain pool hygiene standards and ensure all equipment is in working condition.
• Keep attendance and training records.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Swimming Coach or competitive swimmer.
• Certification in swimming instruction and lifesaving (e.g., STA, ASA, Red Cross, or equivalent).
• Knowledge of CPR and first aid.
• Strong communication and motivational skills.
• Ability to work with diverse age groups.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
