In this role, you will be responsible for providing swimming coaching to students with a focus on safety and effective instruction. Your main responsibilities will include: - Being clear and concise with your instructions to ensure students understand and follow swimming techniques properly. - Adhering to all safety measures in the swimming pool area to create a secure environment for students. - Utilizing your good communication skills to interact with students and provide guidance effectively. - Prioritizing candidates with relevant experience to enhance the quality of coaching provided. - Motivating and inspiring students to improve their swimming skills and reach their full potential.
