Sweet maker

Job Summary:

We are hiring a skilled Sweet Maker with experience in preparing a wide range of Indian sweets. The role is based in Ujjain, Madhya Pradesh, and offers a stable, full-time opportunity with competitive pay.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook traditional Indian sweets like Gulab Jamun, Rasgulla, Barfi, Ladoo, Kaju Katli, etc.
• Ensure taste, quality, and consistency in every batch.
• Maintain hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen area.
• Manage raw materials and report inventory requirements.
• Innovate with seasonal or festive sweet recipes as needed.
• Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 3 to 5 years of experience in Indian sweet preparation.
• Deep understanding of traditional mithai ingredients and techniques.
• Knowledge of kitchen safety and food hygiene standards.
• Ability to work independently with attention to detail.
