Master customer list – Total, global, country wise, region wise, etc. Master list of customer history records like accessories, software, etc. Master list of CMM users with detail contacts and tracking their further positions. Master List of artefacts and periodic audit reports. Master document 16 Digit and updation. Arrange for creation and distribution of presentations and supporting documents to help senior team for daily, weekly, Monthly MIS, ISO MRM meetings etc. Daily complaints status update Daily installation status update Customer visits status update and analysis AMC, Warranty, Emergency, etc. Support senior management by completing emails, documents, data and keeping customers informed as instructed. Email drafting Letter drafting Technical documents Data input & analysis reports. Frequent and time to time changes and update with record tracking.
