SVP - Structured Finance Origination

The Senior VP position entails being accountable for the origination and structuring of deals within the organization. You will proactively source secured wholesale lending opportunities through leveraging existing relationships and establishing new networks. It is crucial to develop a robust deal pipeline by identifying potential clients, evaluating their financing needs, and proposing customized lending solutions. Building and nurturing relationships with financial intermediaries to generate leads and pinpoint lending opportunities is a key aspect of the role. To excel in this position, maintaining a profound understanding of market dynamics, competitor offerings, and industry trends is essential for identifying and seizing deal opportunities. Collaboration with internal teams such as credit, legal, and risk departments is vital to ensure a smooth deal execution process from origination to closure. Meeting origination targets and actively contributing to the growth of the wholesale lending book are primary objectives. The ideal candidate should possess 14 to 20 years of relevant experience, with a CA qualification. Mandatory experience in Structured Finance with AIFs, Performing Credit Funds, or NBFCs in high yield credit is required.
