The Optometrist will be responsible for performing eye examinations, diagnosing vision problems, and prescribing corrective lenses. The role also involves providing pre- and post-operative care for patients undergoing eye surgeries, managing ocular diseases, and providing patient education on eye care and vision health. Working closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care is also a key aspect of this role. Qualifications Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree from an accredited optometry school Licensure to practice optometry in the state of Madhya Pradesh Proficiency in conducting eye examinations and diagnosing vision problems Experience in prescribing corrective lenses and managing ocular diseases Strong communication and patient management skills Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities Strong teamwork and collaboration skills Knowledge of the latest advancements in optometric care and treatments Ability to stay updated with continuing education and training
