The ideal candidate will have a strong command of spreadsheet tools and data handling, with the ability to generate meaningful reports and dashboards to support decision-making. Key Responsibilities: Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and databases using Excel or Google Sheets. Use various Excel formulas to clean, organize, and analyze data. Implement and manage macros (if possible) to automate repetitive tasks. Prepare Pivot Tables and perform data summarization. Ensure data accuracy and perform regular quality checks. Collaborate with departments to understand reporting requirements. Support management in data-driven decision-making. Skills & Qualifications: Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel (formulas, charts, pivot tables, etc.) or Google Sheets. Experience with macros and automation tools (preferred). Analytical mindset with attention to detail. Basic knowledge of data management principles. A background in mathematics or statistics is an advantage. Excellent communication and coordination skills.
