We are seeking an experienced Manager/Sr Manager IMS to lead QMS and EHS functions with expertise in IATF16949, ISO9001, ISO14001, and ISO45001 The role involves planning and executing audits, coordinating with certification bodies, and ensuring full compliance with applicable standards Responsibilities include preparing control plans, SOPs, and procedures in line with standard requirements, as well as monitoring sustainability initiatives and managing customer-specific sustainability requirements such as EcoVadis The position also entails overseeing plant safety assessments, managing document control, and ensuring the timely closure of non-conformities as per customer and standard requirements A strong understanding of applicable legal requirements and their monitoring is essential, along with the ability to coordinate effectively with customers and third-party auditors for smooth audit processes Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is required, and candidates must have a minimum of five years of auditing experience in accordance with IATF and ISO standards Qualification : - BE / DME in Mechanical + Certified Internal Auditor (IATF16949, ISO14001, ISO45001) Skills : - Manager IMS, Sr. Manager IMS, QMS, EHS, IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO14001, ISO 45001, Core Tools, Audit Planning, Execution, EcoVadis , Sustainability Requirements, Sustainability Monitoring, Plant Safety Assessment, Legal Requirements Monitoring, Document Control, Control Plans, SOPs, Procedures, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint, Certification Bodies Coordination, Non-Conformities Closure, Customer Audits, Third Party Audits, Auditing Experience, Certified Internal Auditor
