Role & responsibilities Identify and acquire new corporate clients to promote hospital services such as maternity packages, pediatric care plans, fertility treatments, and preventive health checkups. Develop and maintain strong relationships with HR departments, corporate decision-makers, insurance companies, and wellness coordinators. Initiate corporate tie-ups and institutional partnerships to drive patient footfall through employee health benefits, maternity partnerships, and group health packages. Plan and conduct corporate presentations, wellness sessions, and health talks at client locations or virtually to promote mother and child healthcare services. Coordinate corporate health camps, screening events, and maternity wellness programs in collaboration with hospital departments and external partners. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through strategic outreach, lead generation, and account management. Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional materials, digital campaigns, and customized offers for corporate clients. Negotiate pricing, discounts, and contracts in line with hospital guidelines to finalize long-term partnerships. Track market trends, competitor activity, and client feedback to suggest improvements in services and offerings. Prepare regular sales reports, performance dashboards, and client updates for internal review and strategic planning. Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and post-sale engagement , resolving any concerns or service-related issues promptly. Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure smooth execution of services promised under corporate tie-ups.
