Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Surveillance Executive/Assistant to join our team in Indore. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of camera systems and technical troubleshooting, along with good communication skills. Freshers with an IT background are encouraged to apply. This is a monitoring-based role requiring the candidate to stay alert and professional throughout the workday.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor live CCTV camera feeds throughout the day from the control room.
• Identify, log, and promptly report any suspicious activities or technical issues to senior staff.
• Perform basic troubleshooting for common camera technical issues (e.g., connectivity, display errors).
• Maintain daily logs and incident reports with accuracy and clarity.
• Ensure all surveillance equipment is functioning properly and escalate any system faults.
• Coordinate with the technical and security teams when required.
• Maintain a professional and focused demeanor at all times while on duty.

Candidate Requirements:

• Education:
• Freshers can apply
• IT background preferred (Diploma/Bachelor’s in IT, Computer Science, etc.)
• Technical Skills:
• Basic understanding of camera systems, surveillance software, and IT troubleshooting
• Comfortable using computers and monitoring tools

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
