Surgical Gastroenterologist

Role Overview: As a Consultant Laparoscopic & Robotic Surgical Gastroenterologist at Continental Hospitals in Hyderabad, you will be joining a top-tier, multidisciplinary surgical team in a state-of-the-art, NABH and JCI-accredited facility. Your role will involve utilizing your expertise in laparoscopic and robotic gastrointestinal surgeries to deliver high-quality patient care with a patient-centric approach. Key Responsibilities: - Minimum 5 years of independent surgical experience in Gastrointestinal Surgery - Proven record of having performed: - 1,000+ laparoscopic surgeries - 100+ robotic surgeries - Advanced skill in bariatric surgery will be a strong advantage - Strong knowledge of surgical gastroenterology including oncology, hepatopancreatobiliary (HPB), and colorectal surgery - Capable of independently handling complex surgical cases - Excellent clinical judgment and surgical planning skills - Must be well-presented, ethical, and confident in patient consultations and OR interactions - Adept at working in a team and training junior surgeons/fellows Qualifications Required: - Must be board-certified in Surgical Gastroenterology / GI Surgery (MCh/DNB or equivalent) - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Ability to collaborate with oncologists, hepatologists, and intensivists - Willingness to participate in clinical audits, academic presentations, and hospital CMEs Company Details: Continental Hospital, founded by Dr. Guru N Reddy in April 2013, is a JCI and NABH accredited facility located in the IT and Financial District of Hyderabad, Gachibowli.
